The Mark

The Mark at Dulles Station is a 4-story, mixed-use 169-unit luxury apartment development with integrated parking garage. The building also features 16,515 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant amenities along Dulles Station’s central community park. Crimson Partners completed and sold The Mark in May of 2007, after which it was operated for seven years as part of Korman Communities’ highly successful AVE brand of furnished and unfurnished apartments and extended-stay corporate suites. The Mark at Dulles Station is now a Class A multifamily building owned and operated by BET Investments.
