FRAME

FRAME is currently in development as a 355 unit mixed-use multifamily building with 5,000 sf retail at the Innovation Center Metro Station in Herndon, Virginia.  The building is the final piece of the Dulles Station community, and will feature an elevated pool deck and terrace, tastefully appointed luxury apartment homes, and a landscaped pedestrian mews connecting the neighborhood directly to the metro station entrance.  Estimated construction commencement in 2024.
