Crimson Partners fully developed FRAME at Dulles Station, a 355 unit mixed-use multifamily building with approximately 6,000 sf restaurant/retail at the Innovation Center Metro Station in Herndon, Virginia. AvalonBay purchased the site in December 2025 and commenced construction in 2026. The fully planned and entitled building is the final piece of the Dulles Station community, and will feature an elevated pool deck and terrace, tastefully appointed luxury apartment homes, and a landscaped pedestrian mews connecting the neighborhood directly to the metro station entrance.
