Makers Rise

Makers Rise is a mixed-use multifamily building featuring 356 luxury apartments, next level amenities, and over 5,600 square feet of ground floor retail/restaurant space.  Located in the heart of the Dulles Tech Corridor at the Innovation Center Metro Station in Herndon, Virginia, Makers Rise welcomed its first residents on September 1, 2023, and achieved stabilization in December, 2024.  The building added a new public park to the Dulles Station community, and features brand new commissioned murals, a sculpture, and furniture pieces by top local artists and artisans.  Learn more at makersrise.com.
