Ryan joined Crimson Partners in 2002, after working for Trizec|Hahn in Pasadena and Los Angeles, California.  Ryan actively manages new development, entitlements, marketing, design, project management, and asset management of mixed-use communities, Class A office, and multifamily buildings.

Some of Ryan’s projects include:

-Multiple successful re-planning, re-zoning, site planning, and building design efforts for new multifamily buildings in Fairfax County along Metro’s Silver Line Phase 2 extension.

-Makers Rise: 340 units, precast parking garage expansion, 5,000 sf retail, 11,000 sf makers/office at ground level

-The Mark at Dulles Station luxury multifamily building: 169 units, parking garage, 16,500 sf retail

-The Maxwell luxury multifamily building in Arlington, VA – 163 units, underground parking, ground floor retail

-Dulles Station East 186,000 SF Class A trophy office building and adjacent 8 deck parking garage

-Orbital Sciences Corporation headquarters campus expansion: turn-key build-to-suit 42,000 sf office building

-Over 500,000 SF of tenant interiors in Class A office buildings throughout Northern Virginia

-Over $30MM of site work, including new public and private road construction, traffic signals, storm water management ponds, easements, utility installations, fiber re-locations, road expansions, community park programming and construction, VDOT street acceptance, and bond release

-540,621sf Paseo Colorado mixed-use shopping, dining, and Apartment development in downtown Pasadena (for Trizec|Hahn)

-640,000sf Hollywood & Highland project in Los Angeles, which includes the $94MM Dolby Theatre – home of the Oscars ceremonies (for Trizec|Hahn)
