Dulles Station

Dulles Station is a 63-acre master-planned community with astounding frontage on the Dulles Toll Road in Herndon, Virginia. Dulles Station is located at the Innovation Center Metro station on the Silver Line Phase 2 extension that will continue to and beyond Dulles International Airport from Washington, DC in 2020. Now almost fully built out, Dulles Station includes over 1,000 multifamily residences (with another 800 currently in development), 2 hotels, 380,000 square feet of Class A office space, and 50,000 square feet of convenient retail and restaurants. Community spaces with outdoor seating, lush landscaping, walking trails, and a public fitness park with a massive half-acre dog run have all been designed to integrate residents, office tenants, and retail users into the Dulles Station experience.  Dulles Station also hosts a free concert series open to the public from May through September.
